Everyman The Whiteley
Everyman at The Whiteley forms part of the landmark redevelopment of the historic Whiteley building in Bayswater, London, creating a premium cinema destination within one of the capital’s most prestigious mixed-use developments. The new cinema comprises five luxury screening rooms together with bar, lounge and hospitality spaces, delivering the high-quality customer experience associated with the Everyman brand.
Delta Green was initially appointed to assist with the Agreement for Lease (AFL) documentation, coordinating the interface between the landlord’s shell and core services infrastructure and the tenant fit-out requirements. Particular attention was given to the integration of the cinema with the development’s central building services networks, with the facility utilising the landlord-provided low temperature hot water (LPHW) and chilled water systems for heating and cooling. Delta Green subsequently undertook the Stage 3 Building Engineering Services design, including the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services required to support the cinema operation. The design was developed to meet Everyman’s operational requirements while ensuring full coordination with the wider Whiteley development and landlord provisions. Throughout the delivery phase, Delta Green acted on behalf of Everyman Cinemas, monitoring the detailed design development, installation works and commissioning activities undertaken by the specialist contractors. This role helped ensure that the completed facility achieved the quality, performance and customer experience standards expected across the Everyman estate, contributing to the successful delivery of a flagship cinema within this prestigious London development.
