Our Sustainability Consultants are accredited BREEAM Assessors with many years’ experience achieving tough targets on challenging projects.
Our consultants lead project teams through the assessments, providing in-depth guidance on how to achieve credits and aim to simplify the process for all involved. The earlier we can be involved in a project, the more successful the assessment is, and this also minimises the financial burden of achieving an assessment.
Carbon
Achieving net zero carbon is a fundamental requirement of building design, driven by the need to address the climate change emergency, and also enforced in part through planning policy and Building Regulations.
At Delta Green we can help you build a net zero carbon strategy, starting with setting clear targets in line with industry guidance and standards and then developing practical strategies to achieve these targets. Using performance modelling, we test and refine these strategies before embedding them into design specifications and finally monitoring delivery through construction and in operation to ensure outcomes are realised in practice.
