In terms of the latter, we have extensive experience of dealing with a wide range of local authorities across the southeast, southwest, and beyond, in addition to preparing submissions for GLA referable planning schemes. From working with project teams during the masterplanning stage, to undertaking post occupancy evaluations and reporting on lessons learnt, the service we provide is always bespoke to our client’s requirements during the various RIBA Stages. Alongside this work our team have specific areas of expertise that can inform and complement any sustainability strategy, including BREEAM & WELL, Net Zero Carbon, Energy and Building Physics.
Our Projects
Every project has unique sustainability targets, planning requirements, and environmental aspirations. Whether supporting healthcare, commercial, educational, or residential developments, our sustainability consultants provide practical advice and tailored strategies to help clients deliver buildings that balance environmental performance, occupant wellbeing, and commercial objectives.
Our sustainability advisory services can be applied to projects of all sizes and complexities, from refurbishment and fit-out schemes to large-scale new build developments. By considering sustainability from the earliest stages of design, we help project teams identify opportunities to reduce carbon emissions, improve energy efficiency, enhance building performance, and achieve recognised sustainability standards. Through clear guidance, technical analysis, and integrated design support, we enable informed decision-making and help create sustainable, resilient developments that are fit for the future.
