Charlie first joined Delta Green in 2015 and is an experienced building services engineer with a strong focus on sustainable design and the delivery of low-carbon solutions within the built environment. At Delta Green Environmental Design, he contributes to the development of mechanical and electrical engineering strategies that balance technical performance with environmental responsibility, supporting projects across a diverse range of sectors. His work spans commercial, residential, healthcare, and leisure developments, with involvement from early feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
His approach is practical and design-led, underpinned by a strong understanding of building physics and system performance. In addition to design work, Charlie undertakes condition surveys, lifecycle assessments, and technical reporting, helping clients understand the current performance and future requirements of existing building assets. He works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that are efficient, robust, and aligned with wider sustainability objectives. Combining technical capability with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, Charlie plays a key role in translating project requirements into deliverable, high-performing engineering solutions.
